Cuál es el porcentaje de utilidades distribuidas?

La política de dividendos aprobada por los accionistas en marzo de 2017 en la junta ordinaria de accionistas consiste distribuir como dividendo definitivo el 100% de las utilidades anuales distribuibles netas de las reservas necesarias para dar cumplimiento a los índices de capital definidos como “Capital Regulatorio Óptimo” en el Pacto de Accionistas cuyos términos forman parte del "Acuerdo de Transacción" ejecutado el 29 de enero de 2014 (http://www.corpbanca.cl/storage/CB_IR_PA_Shareholdersagreements.pdf?tmp=0). En este contexto, el último pago de dividendos fue el 30% de la utilidad de 2018, equivalente a un rentabilidad de dividendos de 1,64%. Para efectos de requerimientos de capital, los dividendos anuales se provisionan al 30%. La siguiente tabla muestra los dividendos por acción distribuidos durante los últimos cinco años:

Cuándo se pagan los dividendos?

  • Los dividendos se pagan una vez sean aprobados en la Junta Anual Ordinaria de Accionistas. A contar de ese mismo día, los dividendos se pagan mediante transferencias a cuentas corrientes.
  • Las transferencias a cuentas de Itaú Corpbanca o LBTR (Liquidación Bruta en Tiempo Real) se abonan el mismo día.
  • Las transferncias a otros bancos se realizan al día siguiente.
  • Los cheques pueden ser retirados en cualquier sucursal durante los 7 días posteriores a la fecha de aprobación de la junta general de accionistas. Después de este periodo, deben ser solicitarse en DCV Registros.
